Everyone is invited to join us for a trail hike up to Johnson Farm and a picnic at the Peaks of Otter! We’ll be meeting at the Peaks of Otter Visitor Center (85919 Blue Ridge Parkway, Bedford) at 9:45am and we’ll begin the hike at 10:00am. The trail is 1 mile to Johnson Farm, where we’ll explore for 30 minutes and then head back for a picnic lunch together. Please pack your own lunch (no nuts, please!). Afterward families can head home, go to the lodge for a leisurely walk around the lake, or hike Sharp Top. We hope you’ll make plans to join us!
